For all returns back to InkStoreUSA.com, please obtain an RMA Number by contacting +1 (856) 230-7534 or email@example.com. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and less shipping fee. Any returns without RMA number is not eligible for any refund or exchange.
Your RMA is valid for only 10 days.
Please do not mark or write on the product itself or its packaging. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product packaging and its contents. If you send your RMA back to us via the US Postal Service, we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost shipments returned to us.

InkStoreUSA.com offers a Lifetime Performance Warranty with a full 30-day money back guarantee on your purchase on all remanufactured/compatible products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply return it to us for a full refund less shipping charges, replacement or credit. After 30 days, InkStoreUSA.com will replace a defective product with an equivalent non-defective product. This InkStoreUSA.com warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship only. Any non-defective return before or after 30 days may result in a 20% restocking fee.
The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:
OEM products (such as HP, Canon, and Xerox- branded products) are warranted for the length of the OEM warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for all defective products. We do NOT accept any opened OEM product and they will be recycled upon receipt without a notification.
We will accept any unopened and resalable OEM ink & toner for a return within 30 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping fees.
All damaged or incorrect items shipped as well as short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for a credit or replacement consideration, and we will immediately replace them upon investigation. Please do NOT ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with UPS who may need to inspect the package.
All original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by InkStoreUSA.com. For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return them back to us at their own expense.
**InkStoreUSA.com's limitation of liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
